Health is the greatest value, as popular wisdom says. Today more and more people In society are fighting for a healthy lifestyle. They don’t smoke, do more exercises, don’t eat harmful foods.
Their main goal is to preserve health,to lead an active life and live longer. Based on this, student’s of 4th group of 1st course who study at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Foreign Philology (Chinese language) of KazNU spend a creative evening on the topic of “Cult of healthy body”. They discussed about diseases like HIV and AIDS,about the benefits of walking and exercises,and how to eat right healthy food. Also discussed about good sleep, you need enough time to sleep,and it’s 8 hours if sleep.Sleep is very important for healthy body and also for mental and emotional happiness.Then they said that we all should avoid is smoking and drinking.I believe that health is very important for you. It is really easy to destroy it, but then it is very hard, and sometimes even impossible, to rebuild it. So, that will be wise to take care about your health today. People have free will to make the choice in favor of health.Health is a big and many-sided area of human life.It is important for all of us to stay in good health. Also try to avoid stress thoughts because they will reflect on your health. Good health begins from you.
